It remembers everything.
It forgets on command.

The full picture of what Matters knows, in plain language.

01Your account is your email.

A name, an email, and your task list. No password exists to leak. Sign-in codes are stored hashed and die after ten minutes.

02Your list lives on your device.

Everything works offline, from your own machine. The cloud holds one copy for one reason: so your other devices can see it.

03Captures pass through, they don't stay.

Text you capture is sent once, read into a clean task, and dropped. Only the task is kept, never the raw text, and nothing trains any model.

04Nothing is watched. Nothing is sold.

Matters never reads a page or inbox on its own. Only what you point at leaves your device. No ads, no trackers, nothing sold.

05Delete actually deletes.

Deleting a task removes it everywhere within moments. Signing out wipes the device. One email deletes the whole account within 72 hours.
